To produce tensile stress, it will inevitably lead to internal transverse cracks. When upsetting, soft padding is used for upsetting or stacking (for waffle-shaped parts). This also improves unevenness during deformation and prevents surface cracks.

 

When forging container extension rod, it is necessary to consider the forging process, especially the last fire forging, so as to avoid performing under the critical deformation level so as not to obtain coarse grain structure.

 

Specifically, when forging a container extension rod, the metal plasticity under high temperature is better, and the deformation resistance is small. At this time, a larger deformation amount larger than the critical deformation level should be used for forging; when low temperature correction, it should also be noted A small amount of deformation below the critical deformation level is used to perform partial dressing to expect to ensure the container extension pole quality.
